WHO QualityRights Guidance for Service Change

The WHO QualityRights module on Transforming services and promoting human rights. WHO QualityRights training and guidance: mental health and social services provides the opportunity to understand and reflect on the current quality and human rights conditions of a service.

Through a collaborative approach, people using the service, health practitioners and families work together to define a new service vision and identify steps and actions for addressing the challenges, gaps and the cultural changes required in the service.

 

WHO QualityRights Assessment Toolkit

The WHO QualityRights Assessment Toolkit provides countries with practical information and tools for assessing and improving quality and human rights standards in mental health and related services. The Toolkit is based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
